We are looking for a highly creative, results-driven, and strategic Ads Manager to take full ownership of our Facebook and Google Ads campaigns across multiple brands.

A self-starter who takes initiative, manages projects independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
A leader who can make data-driven decisions and take charge of the entire ad strategy for multiple businesses.
What You'll Do Develop, Launch & Optimize Paid Ad Campaigns Create, manage, and scale Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
Research and test different audience segments to maximize conversions.
Continuously analyze campaign data , adjust bids, test new creatives, and optimize ad performance.
Write & Design High-Converting Ads Develop engaging ad copy, headlines, and call-to-actions that grab attention and convert.
Oversee ad creative production (images, videos, and graphics) to ensure ads stand out.
Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce high-quality creatives if needed.
Monitor & Report on Performance Metrics Track CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS , and other key metrics to measure campaign success.
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Continuously A/B test ads to improve results and scale winning campaigns.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends Keep up with Facebook & Google Ads algorithm changes and best practices.
Implement new ad formats, retargeting strategies, and automation tools .
Requirements 3+ years of experience running profitable Facebook & Google Ads campaigns.
Proven track record of scaling ad accounts profitably (case studies or portfolio preferred).
Strong copywriting skills and experience creating compelling ad creatives.
Ability to analyze data and make smart, fast decisions based on KPIs.
Experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns is a plus.
Proficiency with ad tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and tracking pixels .
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple brands at once.
Compensation & Growth Opportunity Starting Pay: $4 per hour + performance-based bonuses Potential for salary increase based on campaign performance and profitability.
