About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Logistics Sales Expert to join our team. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for developing relationships with customers and delivering agreed-upon portfolio growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with new prospects and existing customers through virtual meetings, phone calls, and presentations
  • Work with Customer Care Teams to ensure all customer inquiries are promptly addressed
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the client's organization to share knowledge and best practices
  • Negotiate and close deals to grow revenue
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Be knowledgeable about all company products and services
  • Use all available resources to achieve sales goals
  • Provide excellent customer service that exceeds customer expectations
Requirements
  • Sell and promote transportation solutions to new or active customers and follow up sales requests that contribute to the promotion of the company and increase sale revenue
  • Sales executives with knowledge and experience with transportation portfolio of products and services
  • Skills: Persuasion, Negotiation, client communication and customer management
  • Requires a strong customer focus with customer-facing service industry experience
  • Solid PC operational knowledge along with Microsoft Office applications experience
  • Preferred if candidate possesses an undergraduate degree or college certificate
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with minimum B2 English level
  • Effective presentation and customer relations skills, with excellent listening skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Good analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and self-motivated to produce results
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
