About the RoleJob DescriptionThe Technical Solution Consultant is responsible for designing and implementing software solutions for our customers. This role requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities to work with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities- Assist senior team members in requirements analysis, gathering information from key stakeholders, and composing documentation outlining solution requirements.
- Build and configure software solutions as designed by senior team members, including development tools.
- Test and ensure solutions function as designed, working with team members to resolve any issues.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for customers.
- Participate in solution design and develop plans for migration into production environments.
- Transition key information to the company's technical support team.
- Assist with upgrades to newer versions and demonstrate configured solutions or prototypes.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of scripting, system architecture, or relational databases.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and able to multi-task effectively.
- Solid judgment and ability to escalate issues when necessary.
- Average travel requirements of 30% annualized.
