What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that meet our business needs.

You will work closely with our CTO, Zeljko Rumenjak, and CRO, Marko Erkic, to drive technology reuse within and across projects. Your expertise will be essential in shaping our global product and ensuring compliance with our architectural principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that meet our business needs.
  • Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to drive technology reuse within and across projects.
  • Work closely with our CTO and CRO to ensure compliance with our architectural principles.
  • Develop comprehensive, scalable, and efficient technical solutions that meet business needs while adhering to best practices and architectural principles.
  • Serve as the go-to technical resource to the sales team during the pre-sales lifecycle.
  • Help define better processes to support the sales team and provide insights to the engineering and product teams to improve our API.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience working in software development, with any modern tech stack (NodeJS).
  • Bachelor's degree in STEMs, preferably computer science.
  • Knowledge of how the internet and the web works on the network and protocol level, from TCP/IP to REST APIs.
  • Experience in solution architecture, project scoping, and product demonstration skills.
  • Positive, motivated attitude, with an emphasis on excellent teamwork.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
  • Based in Bogotá, Colombia or LATAM.
Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor, Masters University Degree in information technology or computer science.
  • Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency.
  • Passionate about technology and improving financial services.
  • Previous experience working in a pre-sales consulting role.
  • Experience using automation platforms.
  • IFTTT is a strong plus.
  • Seen Mr. Robot tv show.
About minka

We are a fintech company that believes in innovating in the way we work to impact the financial ecosystem on the long term. We are located between Latam, US, and Europe and work remotely, with several roles assigned per person, depending on their skillset.

In this role, you will work with our team of engineers and product managers in a fast-paced startup environment. You will collaborate closely with other members of the Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
