The Role: We are seeking highly enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. As a front line of support, you will play a crucial role in delivering superior customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Communication: Respond to support calls and emails from our clients in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  2. Client Retention: Maintain a high rate of client retention by delivering superior customer service and addressing client inquiries effectively.
  3. Issue Resolution: Conduct research and resolve client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate solutions.
  4. Escalation: Appropriately escalate complex issues for clients and participants, following our standard operating procedures.
  5. Training: Participate in customer service training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills, enabling you to deliver exceptional support.

Requirements:

  • English Level: English level 85% and above
  • Location: On-site position in Medellin
