Job Description:

  1. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Communicate with customers via phone or email, providing clear and concise information about their concerns.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to GPS problems, ELD questions, and software queries.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of six months of experience in bilingual customer service.
  • Proficiency in English, with a C1 or C2 level of language proficiency.
