Salary RangeWe offer a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, reflecting the expertise and dedication required for this role.
Job DescriptionWe're seeking an exceptional Identity and Communications Platform Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our product leadership, you will play a vital role in shaping the identity verification process, implementing fraud prevention measures, and scaling our communications platform to support B2C and B2B operations.
Main Responsibilities- Drive IDV Conversion Growth: Analyze user behavior and IDV metrics, identify key acquisition drivers, and potential bottlenecks in the verification process. Collaborate with analytics and research teams to gain insights into factors influencing KPIs, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Optimize Product Features: Refine the IDV process, improve user trust, and streamline verification. Lead A/B testing and usability studies to increase the success rate of photo collection, enhancing overall IDV conversion rates.
- Deliver Seamless User Experience: Standardize processes, ensure smooth and unified identity verification across all customer interactions. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and compliance to align identity solutions with business and user needs.
- Prioritize Product Roadmap: Set product vision, define and align the roadmap with business goals and customer needs. Prioritize features that enhance security, user experience, and scalability, working closely with engineering, compliance, and operations teams.
- Product Strategy and Roadmapping**: Strong knowledge and experience developing and communicating a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs.
- Product Management**: Experience in defining product requirements, managing development cycles, and launching successful products.
- UI/UX Design Awareness**: High engagement and understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles to contribute to discussions on product usability and design requirements.
- A/B Testing and Usability**: Hands-on experience with A/B testing, user research, and implementing usability improvements.
- Deep Customer Understanding**: Ability to use analytical and quantitative skills to drive strategic decision-making, partner with multiple stakeholders, and tailor product strategies to meet customer needs.
