Key Responsibilities- Partner with cross-functional teams to manage the contracting process, including lead generation, contract evaluations, and negotiations.
- Develop strategic plans for provider and ancillary contracting in various markets.
- Collaborate with regional account managers to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and contract implementations.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with health plans and medical groups.
- Work with analytics and revenue cycle teams to optimize rate structures and increase overall annual revenue.
- Act as a liaison between market access and field teams to address payer issues.
- Develop special reports and execute special projects with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of exceptional performance in a quantitative role.
- Resourceful and able to respond to adversity with perseverance and creativity.
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
- Process-oriented and able to define and optimize workflows to support quality and timely outreach.
- Team player with strong working relationships within a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric with strong interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills are required.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
