At FullStack Labs, LLC, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. Your expertise in project management methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum, will be instrumental in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication among team members.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing risks.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring open communication and trust.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
