**Your Impact:** As an Associate Program Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in Correlation One's success. You'll support the recruitment of our Expert Network, comprising educators, career success professionals, and curriculum writers who facilitate our programs. This temporary, contractor position requires attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, relationship management, and stellar written and verbal communication skills.

**Responsibilities:**

• Facilitate full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and team coordination through to offer
• Provide white-glove candidate experience and communications
• Generate and execute active and passive sourcing strategies to target high-quality candidates at volume
• Maintain and track candidate pipelines in Greenhouse
• Process offers and track hires through Worksuite

**Requirements:**

• 1+ years of recruitment experience
• Experience in tech recruiting a plus
• High degree of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong communication ability and relationship building skills
• High degree of self-motivation

**What We Offer:**

• A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience
