Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Content Strategist to spearhead our content generation efforts, driving brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling content that resonates with our audience, showcasing our expertise as a thought leader in the content creation space
  • Develop a deep understanding of our brand's messaging and industry niche, ensuring alignment in all content output
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to gather insights and inspiration for content topics, positioning us as a pioneer in the field
  • Produce high-quality posts for multiple platforms, with a minimum of 3-5 posts per week, with opportunities to increase to 5-7 posts per week

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content creation or UGC content management, either personal or banded content
  • Ability to write engaging content for Spanish-speaking audiences in the USA, targeting other content creators' businesses
  • Experience writing for and about content creators, including tips, hooks, and trends in content creation
  • Strong understanding of short-form platforms for professional growth and engagement
  • Willingness to research and learn new topics to position as a thought leader
  • Experience creating value-driven content beyond AI-generated text
  • Familiarity with using tools like ChatGPT or Midjourney to aid in content creation
  • Graphic design experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong English and Spanish communication skills
  • Ability to work EST

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
