We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master or Squad Leader to join our team and work with one of our international clients in the financial sector, specifically in the mortgage industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating and optimizing our client's agile software development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Framework: Lead the implementation and improvement of agile processes and best practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Team Building: Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and self-organization within the development team. Encourage a positive team dynamic, coaching team members to maximize their potential.
- Process Implementation: Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to define and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the highest-priority features and aligns with the project's overall goals.
- Scope Management: Collaborate with product owners to help them understand and fulfill their roles effectively, ensuring they prioritize and manage the product backlog appropriately.
- Metrics and Reporting: Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance. Use data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and guide decision-making.
- Conflict Resolution: Address impediments and conflicts affecting team productivity, facilitating resolution through effective communication and collaboration.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance team performance, and providing guidance on implementing changes.
Requirements:
- Fluent English level is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps tool is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
