About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Senior Manager to join our team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business with strategic planning, financial analysis, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of the Strategic and Annual Operating Plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
  • Generate and communicate financial forecasts, including historical internal accounting and sales data, to anticipate impacts on the business and develop short and long-term performance strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and forecast total opex, functional investment, and value realization.
  • Design and implement financial models and scenarios to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial tools and templates to ensure effective communication of financial information.
  • Provide financial support to enable objectives accomplishment, including financial business performance management and visibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, with an MBA preferred but not required.
  • 8-9 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial/Supply Chain Finance Support, or Strategic Planning.
  • Advanced finance knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
