2. Collaborate with the sales leader to achieve business goals, aligning with the organization's objectives.
3. Meet sales targets, as outlined in the annual budget, through effective sales strategies and execution.
4. Visit distributors to identify new business opportunities, deepen existing relationships, and deliver samples and product tests to clients.
5. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, ensuring a competitive edge for Custom Culinary.
6. Provide technical guidance and training to clients and distributor sales teams, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
7. Monitor and enforce compliance with the company's price list, promoting healthy competition among distributors.
8. Support other areas of the company in culinary events, showcasing Custom Culinary's expertise and brand.
