Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Junior Operations Supervisor to join our team at Solvo Global SAS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of customer service representatives, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Performance Excellence: Set clear performance expectations, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure top-notch service delivery.
  • Training and Development: Conduct initial and ongoing training to equip your team with the skills and knowledge they need to excel.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle and resolve conflicts effectively, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure the team meets or exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Optimize workflow and resource allocation for maximum productivity.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure service quality and compliance with client requirements.
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and escalations, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to all relevant compliance and security protocols, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
