Position: Junior Operations Supervisor
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

What You’ll Do:

- **Lead and Inspire**: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
- **Performance Excellence**: Set clear performance expectations, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure top-notch service delivery.
- **Training and Development**: Conduct initial and ongoing training to equip your team with the skills and knowledge they need to excel.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Handle and resolve conflicts effectively, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Ensure the team meets or exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Optimize workflow and resource allocation for maximum productivity.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure service quality and compliance with client requirements.
- **Client Relations**: Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and escalations, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- **Compliance and Security**: Ensure adherence to all relevant compliance and security protocols, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
