Key Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion: Identify new industries and penetrate existing markets, leveraging our Employer of Record (EOR) solutions to drive growth.
  • Lead Generation: Independently source and qualify new leads through cold outreach, networking, and digital tools.
  • Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless handoff to account management.
Requirements

We're seeking candidates with a strong background in business development or sales, preferably with 5 years of experience and a proven track record of closing deals. Familiarity with industries like BPO, global hiring, and selling to US companies is essential.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $7,000,000 to $9,000,000 COP, depending on your experience and fit with the role. You'll also enjoy benefits, a hybrid work arrangement, and opportunities for growth and development.
