**Job Purpose:** The successful candidate will provide support to the local teams to understand Controlling activities and implement global standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Analyze and optimize existing processes, as well as adapt to changes.
Design new Controlling processes (reconciliation, documentation, testing, training).
Further develop the CO/FI-IT system landscape.
Collaborate closely with local Controlling and regional teams.
Consult regional companies on the global Controlling process in SAP.
Interact with MM / SD / PP modules and procedures.
Participate in period-end closing processes (e.g. SKF, Cycles optimization, characteristic TM1 transfer) and collaborate closely with GA colleagues in training processes.
Participate in SAP implementation projects for newly established/acquired company codes.
Be part of global testing/workshops process for S4 Hana.
Suggest measures for improvement.

**Requirements:**
- 2 or 4 years of experience in the area in related positions.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, information systems or related fields.
- Technical skills, SAP ERP knowledge especially for Controlling or Finance.
