We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistics Consultant to join our team. This role involves optimizing complex logistics processes and ensuring the maximum benefit for SAP customers.
As a Senior Logistics Consultant, you will work closely with customers to analyze their current processes and provide recommendations for improvement. You will also be responsible for conducting functional design workshops and resolving critical business process design issues.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) solutions, including green field implementation and brown field conversion of GTS 11.0 to SAP GTS Edition for HANA. Strong technical expertise in SAP systems and integration architecture is also required.
This is a great opportunity to optimize complex IT landscapes, on which our largest customers run their businesses. You will have the chance to work on some of the following tasks:
- Conducting functional design workshops to identify issues/risks and provide recommendations to optimize business processes, system automation, system landscape and protection of investment.
- Supporting critical customer escalation and driving critical issues to resolution through trusted advisor relationships with customers.
- Providing architectural inputs and best practices for business processes, ideas for improving customer productivity, providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and running an infrastructure that empowers customers to take advantage of new opportunities.
- Conducting deep root cause analysis with technical and programming skills, providing solutions and delivering services in very complex environments for specific fields/areas.
In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
