Strategic Technology Director for Digital Transformation

The Shire Philippines is seeking a Strategic Technology Director to spearhead its digital transformation efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Your expertise in management information systems, computer information systems, or related fields will be instrumental in driving our technology roadmap forward. With at least eight years of experience in IT management, you will be well-equipped to lead our ICT department and resources in achieving optimal performance. Your key responsibilities will include setting the overall technology strategy and direction, leading IT planning and execution, and managing our ICT network and infrastructure. Additionally, you will be responsible for selecting and implementing suitable information technology infrastructure, services, and solutions to support our business goals. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree in management information systems, computer information systems, or related fields, as well as at least eight years of relevant and progressively responsible IT professional experience. Proven management skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and supervise staff, are essential. You will also need to have experience in managing contracts and relationships with vendors and consultants, as well as building collaborative relationships with colleagues. Job Requirements:

Working Hours: 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday

Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 300,000 to PHP 500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
