About the Role
As a Creative Visual Content Specialist, you will craft engaging visual content across major social media platforms, maintaining our brand's visual identity through the Social Style Guide. You will design various assets that capture audience attention and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create social assets for Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, adhering to the Social Style Guide in Figma.
• Maintain the Social Style Guide in Figma and design diverse assets, such as monthly seasonal engagement posts, holiday posts, and social-exclusive contest logos.
• Develop launch and countdown content for SuperPrizes, including 12 images for launch over 10-12 weeks and 38 images for countdown.
• Design weekly Grand Prize assets, generating about 100 images each month.
• Tackle miscellaneous projects (25-35 assets/month), including Canva templates, app promotions, and scam prevention materials.
• Design merchandise, such as Prize Patrol t-shirts, hats, and tote bags.
• Route creatives through internal reviews with Creative, Marketing, and Legal/Contest teams.
• Manage tight deadlines and effectively communicate required changes.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design software, including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Strong English skills (B2).

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
