About the Role

Xenon Group is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Business Development Manager to join our team in Colombia or Costa Rica. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our supply chain and procurement services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Business Development Efforts: Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities in the supply chain and procurement space.
  • Build Relationships with Clients: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring successful outcomes for both the client and Xenon Group.
  • Develop Business Development Methodology: Design and implement a comprehensive business development methodology to drive repeatable outcomes and achieve aggressive revenue targets.
  • Contribute to Thought Leadership: Participate in thought leadership initiatives, such as speaking engagements, whitepapers, and content marketing efforts, to establish Xenon Group as a leader in the supply chain and procurement industry.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Supply Chain/Procurement Experience: Proven track record in supply chain and procurement consulting, with a strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • C2 Level English: Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing: Relevant degree from a recognized institution, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead, teach, and mentor teams, as well as communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
