Grow-Talent is working with a leading technology company that is looking for a skilled Quality Control Specialist to join their team in Bogota, Colombia. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the development of high-quality products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all company products meet the highest quality standards. They will perform live assessments, assess dealer and presenter performance, identify any discrepancies or deviations from approved quality standards, and report them to the relevant teams. Additionally, they will ensure that live studio equipment is functioning properly and adhere to all Quality Control Department policies and procedures.

Job Description

As a Quality Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our live casino products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing live assessments of all company products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Assessing the performance of dealers and presenters to ensure they align with company quality expectations.
  • Spotting and reporting any discrepancies or deviations from approved quality standards to the relevant teams.
  • Ensuring that live studio equipment is functioning properly.
  • Adhering to and enforcing all Quality Control Department policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong accuracy and problem-solving skills, as well as a focus on maintaining high-quality standards. You should be proficient in PC usage and have advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other relevant software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential, as is strong interpersonal ability.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Native or fluent English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Knowledge of the technology and equipment used in live casino environments.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards governing live casino operations.
  • Strong accuracy and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proficient in PC usage, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other relevant software.
