We are looking for an Operations Director for a marketplace and wholesale distributor of healthy and emerging brands. This person must have solid experience in operations, execution, control, and administrative coordination within a retail company dedicated to the commercialization and distribution of food, beverages, and consumer products.

This role is 100% focused on day-to-day operational management, ensuring the efficient functioning of internal areas and the execution of key processes.

A Director with a practical, organized, methodical, and results-oriented approach, with experience in areas such as:

• Operations

• Logistics

• Purchasing

• Inventory management

• Administration

• Basic accounting

• Human Resources (operational level)

• Supplier relations

Advanced Excel skills and the ability to optimize internal processes are highly valued.

?? What will you do in this role?

Your main responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Your duties will include:

? Supervising and coordinating daily operational and administrative activities.

? Managing and controlling inventory, purchasing, logistics, and supplier relationships.

? Ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory processes.

? Reviewing and consolidating operational information (costs, expenses, purchases, inventory movements, etc.).

? Coordinating administrative tasks related to HR (contracts, onboarding, payroll changes, follow-up).

? Implementing improvements to increase operational efficiency.

? Supporting the CEO in monitoring and controlling operational KPIs.

? Assisting in the execution of key internal projects.
