What You’ll Do

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and supplier quality strategies aligned with aerospace and defense requirements

- Lead supplier audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and defense standards

- Monitor supplier performance, track non‑conformances, and drive corrective and preventive actions

- Investigate and analyze root causes of production or supplier issues and define process improvements

- Establish and report supplier and internal quality KPIs, highlighting trends and risks to management

- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Production to qualify new suppliers and support supplier development

- Conduct FAI, FMEA, PPAP, and PQP reviews to ensure all parts and processes meet our standards

- Maintain clear documentation of inspections, control plans, and quality management system records

- Support customer and regulatory audits, ensuring readiness and compliance across all supply chains

- Champion continuous improvement and Lean initiatives that raise the bar for performance and reliability

What You’ll Need

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

- 3–5 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or supplier quality roles within aerospace, automotive, or high‑tech production

- Strong understanding of ISO 9001, AS9100, and quality control tools such as FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and root cause analysis

- Experience conducting supplier audits and implementing corrective actions

- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and quality management tools

- Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Six Sigma Green Belt are a strong plus

- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
