We are seeking a Strategic Proposal Analyst to craft persuasive, high‑quality proposals and responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs for custom software development and IT professional services engagements. This role requires exceptional English writing and analytical skills, as well as a strong understanding of how software development projects are structured and delivered through modern frameworks such as SDLC and Agile. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, and Technical teams to shape narratives that demonstrate value, feasibility, and differentiation.

What You'll Do

- Lead the end‑to‑end creation of proposals and RFx responses for project‑based IT and software development engagements.

- Synthesize diverse inputs from technical, delivery, and commercial teams into structured, client‑focused narratives.

- Write and refine executive summaries, delivery approaches, value propositions, and differentiators to effectively communicate key messages.

- Ensure responses are strategically positioned, technically feasible, and commercially competitive.

- Manage proposal schedules, stakeholder reviews, and final submissions to meet deadlines with quality and precision.

- Partner with Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, and Sales Executives to ensure proposals reflect accurate delivery logic and business goals.

- Develop and maintain reusable proposal content including case studies, delivery narratives, success stories, and templates.

- Create presentation materials and sales collateral to support presales discussions.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal processes, templates, and content libraries.

What We Are Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in IT outsourcing, consulting, or professional services, with hands‑on involvement in developing proposals and RFP/RFI responses for software or IT delivery engagements.

- Demonstrated experience writing and structuring proposals for software or IT delivery projects.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery frameworks such as Agile and Scrum.

- Knowledge of engagement models and pricing structures (Time & Materials, Fixed‑Price, Managed Services).

- Understanding of project phases such as Discovery, Design, Build, QA, and Deployment.

- Proven ability to interpret technical or delivery input and convert it into persuasive business narratives.

- Outstanding English writing and communication skills, able to create concise, executive‑level documents for global audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.

- High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).

- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack is a plus.

- Familiarity with UX/UI, AI, or digital transformation concepts is a plus.
