Be part of our client’s team as a Partnerships Analyst, where you’ll support the Real Estate Platform and Partnerships team by identifying potential buildings, managing sales operations, assisting with strategic projects, creating high‑quality collateral, and collaborating across teams to drive deals and contribute to the growth of flexible‑living solutions.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of work experience in professional services or a similar function
- Strong PowerPoint skills with enthusiasm for mastering Excel
- Foundational quantitative analytics and basic Excel modeling experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication; clear and concise speaker
- Collaborative team player with cross‑functional effectiveness
- Proactive ownership and problem‑solving mindset
- Strong qualitative analytics; able to simplify complex ideas
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail, coordinating across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to deliver high‑quality output under tight timelines and prioritize tasks effectively

Your Daily Impact
Core Sales Operations
- Leverage real estate databases and public websites to identify potential buildings for the Sales team
- Develop outreach strategies for prioritized assets, identifying the appropriate building owners
- Manage outreach campaigns to support Sales team organization and deadlines
- Maintain CRM (Hubspot) data accuracy for the Sales team
- Liaise between Sales and Feasibility teams to ensure accurate and timely deal data
Strategic Projects
- Assist in structuring and executing projects to drive deal volume and improve internal processes
- Conduct underwriting and property performance comparisons
- Research priority markets and buildings thoroughly
- Plan and prioritize quarterly projects and measure campaign success
Marketing & Branding
- Partner with the Sales team to create high‑quality decks detailing underwriting and deal perspectives
- Develop external‑facing sales collateral in PowerPoint to support Sales goals
- Understand strategy and internal operations to produce effective materials
Additional Duties
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
