What You’ll Do

As part of our Consult organization, you’ll work with high-profile clients and contribute to complex projects that make a real difference. Your role may vary depending on your area of focus, but responsibilities may include:

- Developing end-to-end technology solutions for real-world challenges
- Supporting clients in their cloud, automation, application, or data transformation journeys
- Helping design and implement modern operating models and agile ways of working
- Applying innovative thinking to analyze problems and propose impactful solutions
- Collaborating across disciplines in a fast-paced, inclusive environment

Requirements

We are looking for curious individuals with an innovative mindset and a strong desire to keep learning in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Basic knowledge of software development, including front-end and back-end web applications, and knowledge and/or experience in areas such as development of APIs and microservices, understanding of data flows, ETL processes, and database management.

- Development of APIs and microservices
- Understanding of data flows, ETL processes, and database management (both relational and non-relational)
- Programming experience in languages such as Python or Java (a plus)
- Interest or experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of automation concepts, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Analytical mindset and interest in learning about finance through tools like SAP, especially in the Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and deliver user-centered solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Intermediate or higher level of English (preferred)
