How you will make an impact

You will focus your leadership on taking our impact, portfolio, team, and operations in the LAC region to the next level. Our work in the region is primarily delivered through our Bogotá office, which has doubled in size in the past three years. You will increase Instiglio's presence, proximity, and influence with other actors in the region such as governments, multilateral organizations, donors, think tanks, and academia.

You will also be an integral part of Instiglio's leadership team, supporting Instiglio as an organization to make smart and effective decisions on growth, strategy, and sustainability. As an Associate Partner, you will be an ambassador for Instiglio's mission in LAC and beyond.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Strategy: As a member of our LAC Leadership Team, you will work jointly with a Partner to develop our regional strategy, with the aim of growing our impact and operations in the region, delivered through our Bogotá office. - Thought leadership and brand positioning: Evolving our thinking and practices and communicating them publicly through publishing and speaking at events and conferences. Partner with our communications team to position Instiglio with relevant audiences in the region, and increase Instiglio's presence, proximity, and influence within the regional and relevant global ecosystems (governments, bilateral and multilateral donors, think tanks, philanthropies, and other partners).
- Organizational development: In addition to being a steward of our culture, oversee the performance, growth and overall health of specific organizational units or teams. This supervisory role aims to ensure high levels of team performance, team health and wellbeing, and appropriate growth strategies and operational support systems.
