What the day will look like

Actuarial analyst, to perform data, actuarial and computing tasks.

- Prepare regular (monthly or quarterly) financial reporting packages for clients
- Assist in collecting and completing data input for various financial models such as Incurred But Not Reported Claims model, Actuarial Value Plan Model and Pricing Models (both in Excel and in our Actuarial Modeling Suite, a proprietary software)
- Analyze ad hoc data using advanced functions in Excel and effectively communicate findings with both internal client team and stakeholders at the client
- Conduct ad-hoc projects as needed using appropriate resources (e.g., plan changes, self-funded vs. fully insured analysis, etc.)
- Prepare financial exhibits to support client reports and correspondence
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of group systems, products and technology, and have a thorough understanding of how these relate to group insurance consulting

Skills and experience that will lead to success

- Advanced level of English
- Undergraduate degree (majors such as mathematics, statistics, finance, economics or engineering are generally preferred).
- Postgraduate studies are desirable.
- Experience related with actuary, insurance, funds at least 2 years.
- Excellent technical and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work product.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
