Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models that drive data-driven insights and improvements across our platform. Key Responsibilities:

- Model Development & Deployment:

- Design, build, and implement machine learning models and algorithms that enhance lead generation and conversion processes.

- Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate models into our production systems.

- Develop and maintain robust pipelines for training, testing, and deploying ML models in a scalable and efficient manner.

- Data Analysis & Feature Engineering:

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform model improvements.

- Perform feature engineering to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, ensuring models are both accurate and efficient.

- Optimization & Performance Monitoring:

- Monitor model performance in real-time and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, ensuring models operate at peak efficiency.

- Collaboration & Innovation:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

- Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning, data analytics, and related technologies, and apply innovative solutions to business challenges.

- Contribute to research initiatives and technical discussions to continuously evolve our machine learning capabilities.

- Documentation & Reporting:

- Document model development processes, experiments, and findings.

- Prepare clear and concise reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python (preferred), R, or Java.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with big data technologies.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
