Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models that drive data-driven insights and improvements across our platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Development & Deployment:
    • Design, build, and implement machine learning models and algorithms that enhance lead generation and conversion processes.
    • Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate models into our production systems.
    • Develop and maintain robust pipelines for training, testing, and deploying ML models in a scalable and efficient manner.
  • Data Analysis & Feature Engineering:
    • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform model improvements.
    • Perform feature engineering to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets, ensuring models are both accurate and efficient.
  • Optimization & Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor model performance in real-time and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
    • Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, ensuring models operate at peak efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Innovation:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
    • Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning, data analytics, and related technologies, and apply innovative solutions to business challenges.
    • Contribute to research initiatives and technical discussions to continuously evolve our machine learning capabilities.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Document model development processes, experiments, and findings.
    • Prepare clear and concise reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python (preferred), R, or Java.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with big data technologies.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
