We’re looking for a sharp, detail‑obsessed Legal Analyst to support Influur’s Legal department and make sure our contracts, policies, and corporate structures stay as flawless as our campaigns. From drafting contracts and managing platforms to collaborating with sales and marketing, this role will give you hands‑on exposure to both U.S. and Mexican legal systems, all in the fast‑paced world of startups, entertainment, and influencer marketing.

Your Skillset

- Contract Drafting: Create and review agreements with influencers, brands, and partners.
- Policy Training: Help sales and marketing teams stay aligned by training them on legal policies (Privacy, Cancellation, Contracts).
- Platform Management: Own the contract lifecycle management flow and Carta for equity management.
- Automation Skills: Capable of automating simple workflows in Zapier, N8N, Make or similar tools.
- Corporate Compliance: Support corporate obligations for our Mexican subsidiary while keeping U.S. operations buttoned up.
- Board Coordination: Track Board meeting minutes and ensure timely signatures.
- Organization & Storage: Maintain legal files and ensure everything is easily accessible and up to date.

You’re the Type Who

- Is bilingual (English & Spanish) and comfortable moving across different legal systems.
- Is currently pursuing a law degree and looking to gain practical, global experience.
- Has basic knowledge of the U.S. legal system and is eager to deepen expertise. Open to talent across Latin America.
- Brings precision, discretion, and a proactive mindset to everything you touch.
- Thrives in fast‑moving environments where no day looks the same.
