Key Responsibilities:

- Dive into rental applications and identify top-tier tenants who meet our high standards.
- Conduct detailed background checks, including credit history, employment verification, and references, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Actively communicate with applicants to gather missing information and ensure a seamless process.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of tenant applications and screening decisions.
- Partner with property managers to share recommendations and drive the best outcomes.
- Uphold confidentiality while ensuring compliance with fair housing laws and screening policies.

Qualifications:

- Final-year student in administrative careers or a professional with a maximum of two years of experience.
- Experience as a credit analyst will be a valued asset.
- Driven, resourceful, and determined to exceed expectations.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and a hunger to learn new tools.
