At ScotiaGBS we want you to be part of a team that supports personal and professional growth. We are looking for our new Employee Services Consultant.
What will you do?
Responsible for responding to and providing support and coaching for HR Solutions inquiries (Email, On Demand and Telephony) from internal and external partners (e.g. employees, dependents, retirees, candidates, vendors, and people managers, etc.) ensuring timely and accurate answers, either directly or through escalation.

What do you need?
- English level B2 - because you will work hand in hand with our headquarters in Canada.
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or field related
- Knowledge of HR transactions
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
- Strong knowledge of organizational structure and complexity
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
