JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Configure and customize the solution to meet specific customer business needs, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
2. Create and implement customizations that extend the core functionality of the platform, addressing unique client requirements.
3. Assist in the design and documentation of the system architectures that align with client requirements and organization's platform capabilities.
4. Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of integrations, leveraging various technologies and protocols to ensure seamless data flow.
5. Conduct thorough testing and validation of the solution including data validation internal to the solution and feature/ requirement output.
6. Contribute to the development of compelling software demos, showcasing key features and benefits of the solution to potential clients.
7. Support the design and deliver comprehensive training programs to end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize the implemented solution.
8. Provide high-quality technical support across L1-L3 levels, resolving complex issues and ensuring continued client satisfaction post-implementation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1. Five plus (5+) years of experience in technical implementation of Supply chain planning software.
2. Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in supply chain.
3. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with PostgreSQL as well as JSON and XML.
4. Proficiency in Python a plus.
5. Salesforce and Tableau experience a plus.
6. Understanding of data integration techniques and ETL tools (e.g., Pentaho, Talend, Informatica, or Mulesoft), a plus.
7. Must be a self-starter and highly motivated individual who is looking to make a career in supply chain management.
8. Demonstrated analytic problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
9. Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
10. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with international clients.
11. Ability to work independently and work non-standard hours to accommodate globally dispersed teams and clients.
12. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Relevant certifications:

1. SQL: PostgreSQL Associate Certification or Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate.
2. NoSQL and JSON: MongoDB Certified Developer Associate or Couchbase NoSQL Certification.
3. API Development: API Academy Certified API Designer or Postman API Fundamentals.
