Role Description

This full‑time hybrid role is for a Sales Consultant based in Bogotá, D.C. The Sales Consultant will identify and engage potential clients, offer tailored consulting solutions, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

- Develop client relationships.

- Understand customer needs.

- Coordinate with internal teams.

- Help achieve sales targets while upholding Callzilla’s commitment to quality‑first services.

Qualifications

- Experience in sales consulting and consulting to effectively identify and address client needs.

- Proficiency in customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction to build trust and retain clients.

- Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and collaborating with internal teams.

- Self‑motivated, goal‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.

- Strong understanding of both English and Spanish to engage with multilingual clients.

What We Offer

- 44‑hour weekly schedule – Work From Home.

- Hiring bonus: $1,500,000 (paid in the 3rd month).

- Direct contract with the company.

- On‑site training + remote operations (Mon–Fri, PST schedule).
