La Oportunidad
- Gestionar y evaluar actividades de compliance de alta complejidad, identificando y mitigando riesgos legales, éticos y de reputación para la afiliada Farma en Colombia
- Actuar como el experto interno en las regulaciones fundamentales de la operación: SAGRILAFT, Protección de Datos Personales (Ley 1581 de 2012) y el Código de Ética y Compliance de la industria farmacéutica
- Proporcionar soporte estratégico a la división Farma, asegurando la aplicación consistente de leyes y regulaciones en procesos comerciales, de mercadeo, y de I+D
- Evaluar la legislación sanitaria y de privacidad en evolución para recomendar e implementar nuevas políticas, procedimientos y guías de Compliance en el entorno colombiano
- Diseñar y ejecutar programas de comunicación y entrenamiento para educar a los equipos sobre el panorama regulatorio cambiante y las políticas internas
- Participar activamente en la gestión de incidentes y escalamientos relacionados con el cumplimiento, asegurando la respuesta adecuada
- Liderar el cumplimiento y el reporte interno y externo requerido por las autoridades colombianas en temas de compliance, ética y privacidad
Quién Eres
- Cuentas con un título en Derecho y un conocimiento práctico profundo del derecho comercial, ético y regulatorio colombiano
- Posees un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia relevante en Compliance y/o Protección de Datos Personales, idealmente en la industria farmacéutica, de dispositivos médicos o en firmas de abogados
Preferido
- Tienes un conocimiento práctico y avanzado de SAGRILAFT y la normativa de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) en materia de Protección de Datos Personales. (conocimiento necesario)
- Demuestras fluidez en inglés (escrito y hablado), que te permite trabajar sin restricciones en un ambiente internacional (negociación y comunicación con casa matriz)
- Te caracterizas por ser un profesional estratégico, proactivo y con excelentes habilidades analíticas, con un enfoque orientado al negocio y a la búsqueda de soluciones prácticas
