Appgate Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia L1 Analyst Join to apply for the L1 Analyst role at Appgate First responder to security events through tickets, email, and telephone.
Perform monitoring, threat analysis, and incident response activities using documented procedures.
Solve problems independently and escalate to level 2 analysts and analyst leaders when appropriate.
Participate in Junior level analyst training.
Interact with customers, answering their needs and questions about tickets.
Document the actions carried out within incident management.
Conduct specialized searches for evidence of compromise.
Recommend possible improvements to processes, procedures, and security policies.
Collaborate with team members and external staff to create best practice processes.
Communicate effectively with clients, teammates, and management.
Specific Skills Intermediate English level (B1+ or B2).
1 year of related experience in IT operations (HelpDesk).
