**¿Qué vas a hacer?
**

**Alcance**
- Asiste en la ejecución de planes de implementación a través de ensayos de laboratorio, en planta y en documentación cuando sea necesario.
Puede llegar a manejar un proyecto de riesgo y complejidad bajos bajo supervisión, esto mientras construye conocimiento organizacional entabla relaciones laborales efectivas con otros equipos.
Asiste la ejecución de experimentos clave que sustenten decisiones técnicas definitorias para el curso de los proyectos.
Interioriza la importancia del cumplimiento de todos los requisitos internos y externos aplicables en los planes de implementación, colaborando con las funciones de Calidad, Asuntos Regulatorios, Legal u otras cuando así se requiera y consultando a su supervisor en caso de duda.
**Autonomía**
- Proactivamente busca formas de ampliar su conocimiento de los procesos clave y, teniendo siempre en mente un profundo sentido del cumplimiento frente a los requisitos internos y externos aplicables de cualquier tipo.
- Asiste en la preparación de la documentación técnica que respalda las incitativas en las que trabaja.
- Cuenta con acompañamiento para establecer priorización y gestión de su tiempo.

**Responsabilidades**

- Asiste en la ejecución desde el punto de vista del desarrollo integral de fórmula las iniciativas que contribuyan al incremento y protección del beneficio neto y la expansión del margen bruto para los productos multi-franquicia manufacturados en las plantas bajo su alcance y bajo supervisión.
- Proactivamente busca oportunidades de aprendizaje con miras a construir un entendimiento robusto de la importancia de la Calidad, el cumplimiento y la organización.
- Construye relaciones interdisciplinarias efectivas y utiliza su entorno de trabajo para explorar y mejorar sus habilidades de apertura, persuasión y liderazgo por influencia.

- Colaboración, comunicación efectiva, curiosidad científica e intelectual, atención al detalle.
- Calificaciones deseadas
- aspirantes a título de Química, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Bioquímica o Química Farmacéutica.

- Inglés - nível intermedio como mínimo - debe poder leer y entender contenido técnico
