*REQUISITOS*
- Buscamos personas con un buen manejo conversacional del idioma Inglés (Intermedio - B2 en adelante), es decir, que puedan expresar sus ideas de manera clara y asertiva, además de un alto sentido de la integridad en sus valores personales.
- Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar de manera presencial en el área metropolitana de Medellín (Sabaneta, Antioquia).
- La experiência laboral como consultor bilingüe en call centers es un PLUS que tenemos muy en cuenta en nuestras convocatorias.
- Es importante para nosotros contar con personas con suficiente Inteligencia Emocional y otras soft skills, apasionados por sus objetivos personales y orientados al logro.
*INFORMACIÓN DE INTERÉS*
Ofrecemos un contrato a término indefinido, con dos meses de período de prueba.
Tenemos una oficina grande en el centro comercial de Mayorca Mega Plaza, ubicado en Sabaneta, Antioquia, y actualmente, todos nuestros puestos son para trabajar desde la oficina.
El salario base depende del puesto para el que te contraten, por lo tanto, debes iniciar el proceso para perfilar tus cualidades y conocer qué vacantes tenemos disponibles (Ofertas de salario desde $2.005.000 COP).
Para cargos relacionados a ventas y cobranzas, tenemos el beneficio de comisiones SIN TECHO.
Sí, sin tope, lo que significa que puedes ganar tanto como quieras
Trabajamos en feriados nacionales, pero descansamos en algunos feriados de USA y estos se pagan con recargo.
