This role is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the company's overarching goals and vision.
The TPM manages end-to-end delivery for diverse programs ranging from IT, HR, and marketing initiatives to specialized contact center projects involving software development, IVR systems, and reporting while ensuring each solution meets client requirements, technical feasibility standards, and organizational objectives.
By effectively allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed, the Technical Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring project success and fostering business growth.
Job Description Role and Responsibilities Lead and oversee multiple concurrent projects , including reporting systems, microsites, software development, and enhancements.
Plan, execute, and track projects using Jira , ensuring milestones are met and risks/issues are managed effectively.
Determine and define project scope and objectives , aligning with client requirements, technical feasibility, and organizational goals.
Predict resources needed to reach objectives, managing them effectively and efficiently.
Prepare budgets (in conjunction with the Program Manager) based on the scope of work, and track costs to ensure adherence.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans, providing regular updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure technical deliverables align with project goals.
Oversee IVR-related projects , exploring innovative approaches such as AI for future enhancements.
Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments, ensuring final deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and conducting requirements-gathering sessions.
Utilize industry best practices , techniques, and standards throughout project execution, measuring performance to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams, mentoring and supporting junior members or less experienced colleagues.
Continuously identify opportunities to refine and improve project management workflows, leveraging Jira for tracking and reporting.
Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
5–8 years of project management (or related) experience; project management experience with IT projects is a plus.
Must be highly skilled in using Jira (or similar project management tools).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
Proven ability to complete projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
Fluent in English , able to communicate complex technical concepts, produce clear documentation, and engage effectively with international stakeholders.
Proven experience in direct client communications , comfortable gathering requirements, presenting project proposals, conducting client-facing meetings, and managing expectations with professionalism and clarity.
