Analyst es responsable de liderar, soportar, controlar, analizar y ejecutar el proceso de emisión mensual de los estados financieros locales de acuerdo con las políticas contables en Colombia con el fin de ser reportados a los organismos reguladores y a los órganos internos.
La posición como parte del equipo de Financial Reporting incluye la revisión integral desde el punto de vista de Estados Financieros: Legal Entity, control contable, indicadores financieros y seguimiento del presupuesto en Colombia, trabajando conjuntamente con el área de FP&A y FRSS para asegurar la razonabilidad de los Estados Financieros bajo norma Local.
**Responsibilities**:
**CIERRE CONTABLE Y NOTAS**
- Liderar, ejecutar, gestionar, coordinar y asegurar el proceso de cierre contable de acuerdo al vehículo asignado bajo norma Local con el objetivo de asegurar la razonabilidad de los Estados Financieros remitidos a la Superintendencia Financiera, órganos de control y utilizados internamente por Citi para reportes gerenciales (Juntas Directivas, CCC, BRCC, etc.
), así como los diferentes reportes mensuales, trimestrales, semestrales y anuales bajo dicha regulación incluida la elaboración de las notas a los Estados Financieros, XBRL, informes de gestión, etc.
- Preparar y analizar los estados financieros locales con los ajustes necesarios para reportar de acuerdo con NCIF Normas Contables de información financiera (Cierre Financiero local).
Realizar análisis de variación de los vehículos legales y ejecutar los controles definidos para soportar el proceso de attestation mensual sobre los estados financieros.
- Preparar y analizar los informes trimestrales de XBRL y notas a los estados financieros para ser transmitidos al regulador local.
- Realizar seguimiento oportuno a debilidades de control o errores identificados en el proceso de análisis, con el objetivo de minimizar pérdidas operativas, fraude, errores contable o posibles salvedades a los EF.
- Realizar y asegurar el proceso de certificación mensual para las cuentas contables a cargo, incluyendo el entendimiento de la dinámica contable, manteniendo la documentación soporte y realizando las explicaciones necesarias al área de reconciliación en los tiempos definidos por la entidad.
**ACCOUNTING ADVISORY**
- Realizar definiciones contables y asesoría contable de acuerdo a la regulación vigente solicitadas por el negocio y otras áreas.
Brindar el soporte contable necesario para cumplir con los requerimientos internos y externos.
- Asistir a comités y reuniones con los clientes internos en cumplimientos de las funciones a cargo y brindar el soporte y atención adecuada por parte del área de Accounting.
- Atender, analizar y dar respuesta oportuna y con calidad de data a los requerimientos de los auditores externos (KPMG).
Administrar la relación con otras áreas y Auditores Internos para asegurar unos buenos resultados en los informes emitidos por el revisor fiscal.
**REQUERIMIENTOS Y REPORTES**
- Realizar, atender y dar respuesta a los requerimientos de clientes internos en cuanto a administración de capital de los vehículos asignados.
- Analizar e implementar los cambios regulatorios relacionados con el área de forma oportuna para no tener impactos en los Estados Financieros y demás reportes y/o funciones a cargo.
**Qualifications**:

- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en el sector financiero en el área de cierre contable, análisis de Estados Financieros y/o elaboración de notas a los Estados Financieros.
- Conocimientos en Normas Internacionales de información Financiera, regulaciones locales (CUIF); conocimiento de procesos operativos y de producto, análisis de estados financieros e indicadores financieros, regulación financiera y XBRL.
- Conocimiento de normas contables promulgadas por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia y demás órganos de control.
- Buen manejo del idioma inglés (Writing, speaking, listening 80%, reading 100%)
- Entendimiento y manejo de sistemas contables, así como principales reportes contables.
- Alto perfil analítico, atención al detalle y habilidades gerenciales, de control y atención al cliente interno.
- Buenas relaciones interpersonales, comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Liderazgo al relacionarse con el personal de otras áreas y capacidad de seguimiento.
- Aprendizaje continuo, iniciativa y liderazgo de proyectos.
- Excelente manejo de Excel, Office en general, construcción de tablas dinámicas y Macros.
**Education**:

- Licenciatura / Profesional en Contaduría pública, Administración de empresas, Economía y/o áreas afines con amplia experiência en el sector financiero.
