Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst with a background in financial analysis and revenue accounting. This role supports finance and accounting functions, including company reporting, performance measurement, month-end close of revenue systems, financial analysis, strategic planning, data modeling, and ad-hoc projects. The successful candidate will provide meaningful financial and operational metrics for data-driven business decisions.
Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee revenue month-end accounting close processes.
  2. Create and enter monthly revenue journal entries and perform revenue analytics.
  3. Analyze revenue performance information to identify trends and provide insights.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize data management and reporting systems.
  5. Ensure proper GAAP presentation of revenue (ASC 606) and assist with audits.
  6. Partner with the financial planning and analysis team on budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
  7. Assist with financial analysis for acquisitions, divestitures, and new service lines/products.
  8. Prepare presentation materials and handle confidential business information.
  9. Perform ad-hoc finance and accounting projects as required.
Education and/or Experience:
  1. Experience in revenue accounting; healthcare experience preferred.
  2. 3+ years of related work experience, preferably with investor-owned, multi-state, multi-service line businesses.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business equivalent.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
  5. Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP (ASC 606) preferred.
  6. Experience with Great Plains and other accounting/reporting systems preferred.
  7. CPA or active CPA candidate preferred.
  8. Adaptive Insights experience is a plus.
Minimum Education Requirement: Universidad / Carrera Profesional
