PAY RANGE: $48,000-$65,000 per year based upon experience.
THE HIRING COMPANY: Intrinsic Development is a full service real estate development company that specializes in upscale multi-family and commercial mixed-use developments.
Our organization has built more than 3.5 million square feet of projects, with an additional 300,000 square feet currently under construction.
The Intrinsic Development team has successfully developed everything from hospitality venues, to mixed-use, multi-family, hotels, clinics, offices and restaurants across 6 Midwestern states.
We are excited to expand into Lee's Summit, Missouri which will be the new home for our corporate office.
This expansion coincides with the launch of our new 260+ acre mixed-use development, which will feature approximately 2,900 luxury multi-family units, as well as over 660,000 square feet of retail, office, entertainment, hospitality space, and other related commercial uses.
THE GRAPHIC DESIGN POSITION: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to develop and execute high-impact visuals across multiple brands and platforms.
This role is responsible for designing everything that represents the brand—ensuring consistency and brand integrity across all materials, from digital assets to large-scale signage.
You will oversee the entire design process, from conceptualization to execution, producing engaging visuals that capture attention and effectively communicate brand messaging.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER RESPONSIBILITIES: Brand Identity & Design Execution: Create and maintain cohesive designs for all materials that visually represent the brand, including digital and print advertisements, corporate branding, packaging, promotional products, apparel, signage, vehicle wraps, marketing collateral, and more.
Creative Concept Development: Develop compelling design concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Project Ownership: Manage design projects from start to finish—gather requirements, develop concepts, set timelines, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
Production & Vendor Coordination: Work with preferred vendors to obtain quotes and oversee production for printed materials, merchandise, and large-scale branding assets like billboards and event signage.
Brand Standards & Quality Control: Ensure all design elements uphold brand identity standards, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all platforms and mediums.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably working across multiple brands or industries.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); video editing experience is a plus.
Production Knowledge: Strong understanding of pre-press and printing processes, including materials and production techniques for various branding applications.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
