Buscamos estudiante de carreras administrativas y/o psicología en busca de práctica universitaria o aprendices técnicos en etapa productiva que tengan interés en aprender sobre los diferentes procesos de recursos humanos.

People Experience es un área especializada en Recursos Humanos que se centra en asegurar que nuestros empleados disfruten de una experiência excepcional durante todo su ciclo de vida en la organización.
**Requisitos específicos del perfil**:

- Estar ubicado en la ciudad de Cali
- Estar en periodo de practica universitaria y/o etapa productiva
- **Nível intermedio de inglés, preferiblemente **.
El manejo del inglés te permitirá interactuar con equipos internacionales y acceder a recursos adicionales que enriquecerán tu experiência.
- **Conocimientos básicos de Excel, Outlook, Drive, Teams y el paquete de Office **.
Estas herramientas son fundamentales en nuestro entorno de trabajo y te ayudarán a desempeñarte eficazmente.
- **Interés por cuidar de las personas y brindar la mejor experiência del empleado.

**More about this role**

**What you need to know about this position**:This person will be working with the team supporting the operative part of HR process, onboarding processes, helping with employees contract and afiliations, e filing for the new employees.
Also assisting with the HR on going projects.
**Education / Certifications**:On going univiersitie studies in Business Administration, psicology, comunications, Human resources, industrial engineer, economy.
(nineth semester, practice period)

**Job specific requirements**:

- Desired, experience in HR administrative assistant or related
- English intermediate will required
- Microsoft office basic to intermediate required
- Experience in filling will be preferred
