**Demand Generation Specialist**

Estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Demand Generation Specialist que tenga pasión por el mundo Fintech y de Servicios Financieros, y quiera integrarse a un equipo entusiasta y retador que está transformando la forma en que las personas se relacionan con los productos financieros en Latinoamérica.
Te unirás a un equipo Comercial & Growth y serás la primera persona en el cargo ayudando a trazar el camino de alto crecimiento.

**Sobre la oportunidad como Demand Generation Specialist**

Buscamos una persona enfocada en encontrar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y hambre por generar un crecimiento acelerado; debe tener conocimientos y experiência en esfuerzos predominantemente outbound, exploración proactiva de automatización de acciones y experimentación rápida para optimización de resultados.
**Responsabilidades (que harás)**
- Diseño y ejecución continua de experimentos enfocados en generación de leads, iterando rápidamente y buscando la optimización de resultados en base a análisis cuantitativos para crecer
- Alcanzar objetivos periódicos de generación de leads y oportunidades

**Requerimientos (que buscamos)**
- 2-5 años de experiência en generación de leads y marketing online B2B.
Entendimiento de los ciclos de venta, esfuerzos de optimización y automatización
- Conocimiento del ecosistema emprendedor en Colombia (conocer también el ecosistema Mexicano es un plus)
- Dominio de Linkedin Sales Navigator, Linkedin Campaign Manager, y alguna herramienta CRM
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación a nível profesional hablada y escrita en inglés y español
- Mindset de construcción, prototipado constante y análisis objetivo enfocado en lo cuantitativo
- Espíritu emprendedor.
Cómodo en ambientes de alto crecimiento y deadlines exigentes.

- Ubicación: Remoto (preferiblemente dentro de Colombia).
- Salario a convenir de acuerdo a experiência.
- Contrato a término indefinido
