Como Gerente de Ventas, definirás e implementarás la estrategia para lograr los objetivos de ventas alineados con la estrategia definida en la empresa.

- Funciones

- Construir con el Head of Digital la estrategia necesaria para lograr nuestro objetivo de adquisiciones y ventas.
- Liderar el equipo de Physical Onboarding asegurando sus objetivos de productividad y costos.
- Ejecutar con excelencia los procesos de onboarding para construir una experiência única aumentando el número de valores altos.
Alineación con el director global de Onboarding y Desarrollo de Clientes - Estrategia mensual para alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa y de la categoría.
- Trabajar de forma transversal con el equipo de compras para trabajar alineado.
- Promover una cultura de excelencia y cooperación entre los equipos de ventas y compras que ponga el interés de la empresa en un equilibrio entre los objetivos de ventas a corto plazo y los objetivos de margen a medio plazo
- **Requisitos**:

- Más de 10 años de experiência en marketing, ventas, comercio electrónico o venta minorista
- Experiência en e-commerce
- Más de 5 años liderando la construcción y ejecución de estrategias comerciales en canales digitales.
