Overview

How You'll Make an Impact
As a Mid-Level Product Designer , you'll be part of a small but highly collaborative team working on cutting-edge ad tech, media planning and on-site personalization mid-market solutions. Reporting to the VP of Product and taking guidance from the Design Lead , you'll work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and client services teams to create seamless user experiences that drive measurable impact.

This is an incredible opportunity for a proactive and ambitious product designer looking to grow their skills in B2B SaaS . You'll have full ownership of your projects while following and helping to enhance design system principles and our product vision. What You'll Achieve

  • Work across two core mid-market products with global impact focused on empowering growing brands to have a full view of their customer experience, improving performance and conversion rates across paid and owned channels.
  • Design end-to-end solutions that improve user experience and align with product and business goals.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership of the design process, from discovery to execution.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing , iterating based on real-user insights.
  • Actively contribute to product roadmaps , influencing key decisions through a design lens.
  • Ensure design consistency by evolving and maintaining our design system .
  • Lead cross-functional collaborations , ensuring seamless integration of design within product and engineering teams.
  • Support and elevate the broader design team culture , fostering knowledge-sharing and innovation.

Who You Are

  • What you'll bring with you:
    • 3-5 years of experience in product design, ideally in SaaS or B2B .
    • Working proficiency in English and Spanish , enabling clear communication with global teams.
    • A strong ability to own features end-to-end , with minimal oversight.
    • Deep understanding of user workflows and pain points , designing with empathy and insight.
    • Uses research and user feedback to make informed design decisions.
    • Works autonomously , balancing attention to detail with a broader product vision.
    • Plans work effectively, making smart trade-offs to balance speed and quality.
    • Designs coherent, scalable solutions , ensuring seamless integration within the product ecosystem.
    • Communicates complex ideas clearly , keeping discussions focused and actionable.
    • Proficiency in Figma for ideation, prototyping and handoff documentation.
  • Why you might stand out from other talent:
    • Prior experience in ad tech and B2B
    • Skilled at leveraging design systems to create scalable, consistent solutions.
    • Experience contributing to enhancing or evolving an existing design system to improve consistency and efficiency across products.
    • Ability to work across distinct products , balancing multiple user needs, business goals, brand guidelines and technical constraints while ensuring a cohesive experience.
