The Product Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the execution of campaigns, conducting product quality assurance (QA), and handling day-to-day operational tasks for the online casino or sportsbook platforms within the LatAm market.
This role focuses on executing tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring that campaigns run smoothly and that products meet the required quality standards.
The Analyst will work closely with the Senior Analyst and Engagement Managers to contribute to the overall success of the product operations team.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution:
Assist in the execution of campaigns, ensuring that all operational tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
Collaborate with the CRM and marketing teams to set up and deploy campaigns across multiple LatAm markets.
Monitor campaign implementation, resolve issues as they arise, and report on performance metrics.Product Quality Assurance (QA):
Conduct product QA to verify that all features, promotions, and content are functioning correctly across the online casino or sportsbook platforms.
Identify and report any bugs or issues, working with the product and development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Follow established QA protocols and checklists to maintain consistent quality across all markets.Operational Support:
Provide operational support for product launches, campaign management, and customer engagement activities.
Assist in optimizing workflows and processes within the product operations team.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.Data Analysis & Reporting:
Assist in analyzing data related to campaign performance and product quality.
